  • We offer a variety of classes, including Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Private 1:1 sessions.

    We cater to all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

  • You're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer, but we provide high-quality mats and all necessary equipment for each class.

    For Reformer Pilates classes, all machines and props are provided.

    We recommend bringing a water bottle and a small towel.

  • Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Bare feet are fine for yoga, while pilates participants might prefer grip socks (which are also available for purchase at the studio).

  • We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel a class, please do so at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee or loss of a class credit.

  • We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before the class starts, especially if it’s your first time. This allows time to check in, get settled, and meet your instructor.

  • Yes, we recommend booking classes in advance to ensure your spot. You can book through our website, mobile app, or by calling the studio.
